DEAR PROSPECTIVE PARENT

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING POINTS:

• The link for the 2025 Grade 1 Applications will be removed from the website at 10:00 on Wednesday, 20 March 2024.

• We do not work on a first come first serve basis.

• We advise all prospective parents to APPLY to a MINIMUM of THREE or MORE SCHOOLS.

• All supporting documentation needs to be CERTIFIED and included with the APPLICATION FORM when it is handed in to the office. We will only accept applications from an adult.

• A fully completed and submitted APPLICATION FORM does not guarantee enrolment to Herbert Hurd.

 

APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED SHOULD THERE BE:

• Any OUTSTANDING or UNCERTIFIED documentation or

• Any information not COMPLETED or OMITTED.

 

THE FOLLOWING CERTIFIED DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED:

• Applicant’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE;

• Applicant’s CLINIC CARD immunization page ONLY;

• A PASSPORT/ID photograph of the applicant which needs to be attached to the cover page;

• A COPY of the current SCHOOL ACCOUNT;

• Parent’s IDENTITY DOCUMENTS;

• Parent’s PROOF OF ADDRESS;

• DIVORCE AGREEMENT (if necessary) and

• Guardianship (if necessary)
